Founded in 1987, Edi & Paolo Ciani is a product and interior design studio with a particular focus on seating design and ergonomics.

Rooted in Italy's renowned Chair District, the studio draws on an in-depth understanding of materials, construction techniques and manufacturing processes, bringing traditional craftsmanship into dialogue with contemporary design.

Each project evolves through a process that combines creativity, research and experimentation, from the initial concept to the development of full-scale prototypes. An approach in which proportions, details and ergonomics are carefully considered to achieve the right balance between aesthetics, functionality and comfort.
